Cattolica Assicurazioni and RGI Group together are the winners of Celent’s Model Insurer Award in New York

Cattolica Assicurazioni, one of the main Insurers in Italy, won the Celent’s Model Insurer Award – Oliver Wyman Group on 23 of March in New York. Cattolica Assicurazioni was awarded for the “Digital and omni-channel technologies” category, for the Click2Go multichannel platform, developed by RGI Group, leader in IT solutions for the Insurance market.

The most important Insurers in the global Finance scenario participated to the contest, that aims to acknowledge the Insurers that stand out for their capability of leveraging on technology to enhance the insurance business.

RGI Group is Cattolica Assicurazioni’s long-term IT partner and together they developed the Click2Go multichannel platform, designed to provide the Insurer with automatized and paperless processes that positively affect and re-design the customer relationship, as well as an enhancement in sales partnerships.

The Click2Go project is a solution that blends the traditional sales channels with all the most innovative ones, such as the Direct channel (online policies), the Home Banking/Home Insurance, the Affinity groups and the Call Centers.

Cattolica Assicurazioni was one of the very first Insurers in Italy to deal with the digital business transformation, confirming its position as a forerunner in the insurance market, that in the last years has been evolving with new sales channels.
